AGC normally supply 7% or 9% solution. |

To achieve the thickness you would like to have, you
are kindly requested to control the concentration of the CYTOP
solution as well as speed of coating. For this purpose, the solvent
is supplied at the same time when we supply the CYTOP solution. |
