Hannah Taylor has been awarded the AGC Chemicals Award for Exceptional Performance and Development of Employability Skills at this year’s Blackpool Sixth Student Awards. In sponsoring this award for a second time in a row, AGC Chemicals Europe wanted to recognise someone who was not merely focused on academic activities, but was also keen to apply themselves in their everyday life. Hannah’s positive attitude and hard work in and outside school have made her the worthy winner. She completed a Double BTEC in Applied Science at Double Distinction, an A-level in Psychology and A/S levels in both Psychology and History. Hannah will continue her studies at the University of Lincoln with a degree in ‘Psychology with Clinical Psychology’.
